Career focus: Mitochondrial Biochemistry
My research focuses on the biochemistry and physiology of the mitochondria. We use computational chemistry methods for the investigation of the structure of the inner mitochondrial membrane .
Current research projects include characterizing the biophysical properties of the inner mitochondrial membrane in response to changes in lipid saturation in response to dietary treatments.
